Poetry Flows

GIVE THANKS

We must humble ourselves in all our ways; thank God, we lived to see another day. Be strong when others are treating us wrong.

Help someone who has lost his or her way face another day. Hold on to love when it comes.

Give to someone in need, so it can be given back to us, appreciate the good things in our lives, give someone a smile.

Be a better person to all, it doesn’t matter if we are short or tall. Thank God, for a better day.

ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Might I say the world could end, the rivers may over flow, the sea may dry up for fish no more, the sun may not shine, the wind may not blow, someone may loose their life and live no more.

The lost may be found. A smile could bless someone’s day; a hello may fill someone’s empty space. The secrets we hide will be opened for everyone to know, a prayer we prayed long ago may fill the empty spaces in our lives.
